Summer is right around the corner. We’ve been talking to our new friends at the farmer’s market, finding some interesting new venues, and planning some great menus.
We have dinner parties planned all summer long. Our creative 5 and 6 course menus take full advantage of the unique variety of garden fresh ingredients and VERY fresh meats available in the Midwest.
