Candid Wines
Dry Riesling from the Rheinhessen is a lock with Mayfield; its layered, rich, and often judged with overused stereotypes.
Naked Raygun and Throb Throb have a strong chance of being paired with Fred Scherrer’s Zinfandoodle. There are two many similarities between the raw, open, and edgy tracks and Fred’s appraoch to wine (and music) not to think about the ‘Doodle, plus its a crowd favorite.
I’ll have to keep thinking on the others, and I can’t wait to hear what you are thinking about in terms of food.
