Welcome to Clandestino…an exploration of local food and cultureWe are a band of cooks in search of the epic meal. Our mission is to bring food-loving souls together for a collaborative communal dining experience. Our menus are inspired by the season, using ingredients that are picked, harvested, and slaughtered when the farmer knows they're ready. Events materialize in different locations each month. We will disclose the whereabouts by email to registered dinner guests twenty-four to forty-eight hours before the event. Reservations for dining events are first come, first served and are handled exclusively online. Check here for upcoming events, choose your dinner date, and proceed to reserve your spot. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know 48 hours before the dinner date and we will issue you a full refund. Last minute cancellations result in a credit, so just come back some other time to have dinner with us. At this time we are not providing accommodations for vegetarians, vegans, pescatarians, non-porkatarians, or those with wheat gluten or lactose allergies. We don't intend to exclude anyone from dining clandestine, but we feel that with so many variations in one evening, the integrity of the menu and the dining experience will be compromised. Some of our dinner parties, at times, will be meatless, dairy-free, and/or gluten-free, so feel free to contact us for a particular date and we'll let you know if the menu works for you. |
