Clandestino Chef Efrain Cuevas creates a seasonally inspired, 4 course sensory adventure starring Matthew Rorick's Forlorn Hope wines.
Guests will play an interactive role in their own dinner by choosing from a selection of pairings crafted by Chef Cuevas and Mr. Rorick. To bring an additional level of adventure to their meal, guests may leave the selections in the hands of Chef Cuevas and Mr. Rorick and will be surprised upon arrival with their menu for the evening.
